She works relentlessly and tirelessly for favorable terms for her clients and calmly solves any challenges that come up during the process of buying or selling. Regular communication and breaking down the process into simple and clear steps for the best outcomes is a key to her continued success.

Serving her Marin County community is at the helm of her practice. A 4th generation Marin native Bitsa has been generous with her time and expertise having served as a board member for many Marin based organizations. Currently she serves as the Vice President of the Kent Woodlands Property Owners Association (KWPOA), leading that neighborhood's efforts to become a certified FireWise USA community. She's a board member of the Kentfield Plannning and Advisory Board (KPAB) and serves on the board of Cool The Earth.

Bitsa is an advocate for settling down in Marin. She feels blessed to live in an area of such abundant natural beauty and loved raising her three children here and extends that same passion to her clients. She explores Marin with a sense of wonder and joy and takes advantage of Marin’s incredible natural landscape. Whether riding horses, going on hikes, or touring homes with clients, Bitsa’s expertise of Marin extends to all aspects of the county.
